first go to command prompt
1.enter net user a list of accounts will be displayed
2.see the name of administrator
3.now enter
net user(space) username(space) *
4.example:net user admin *
5.now enter the password of the admin
6.the password entering will not be displayed so,type correctly and hit enter
now administrator password has been changed try it
